DEMOLISHED

Out back, behind the fence, past the cones.

The supply closet

DEMO in the closet doorway, marker arm up, pleased

This is where the ink lives, and the stamps, and the names of everyone who stood at the fence before the crane showed up. I write points on the door because I write everything on things.

Nothing is paid out today. What the project collects in trading fees sits in the open below, and after thirty days notice half of it is planned to go back to the names on the door. Planned, from fees, not promised. I am a sign. I promise nothing.

Read straight off the chain when you walk in here. If a number looks wrong it is the chain's word against mine.

The door

Sign once and I scratch your name into the paint with everyone else's. Free, no money moves, and it stays in this browser because the door is not a database either.

The paint is thick. Plenty of room.

Back to the notice The building is still standing. I will tell you when it is not.
